Morgan Packard - Dusted Review

Forgot to post this: I wrote a review on Morgan Packard's newest record, Moment Again Elsewhere, and it's been in high rotation ever since. It will surely make my year-end list for electronic music. Check it out.

SxSW 2010

So I'll be headed to Austin in a few weeks for SxSW and I'm pretty excited! I've never been to Texas, but I was in New Orleans (pre-Katrina) and enjoyed the Southern friendliness, and I feel that Austin might be the closest thing to New Orleans? It should be a welcome respite from the shitty weather here (it's currently 34F/2C with 40mph/70kmph winds and overcast-- always overcast). I'll be blogging a bit, and plan on seeing lots and lots of shows and drinking lots and lots of beer.
